I'm currently querying a spreadsheet simply through a URL and
displaying in an iframe. This may seem to basic, but it's about all I
can wrap my head around right now.
This issue I'm having is if I have a URL in my spreadsheet it's not
clickable on the table output. I know there is configuration option
allowHtml. Can I include that in my URL query to allow HTML to be
displayed in the table? Here's a sample of my code:

<iframe width="100%" height="100%" style="border: 0px solid #ffffff;"
src="https://docs.google.com/a/chiseledimages.com/spreadsheet/tq?
tqx=out:html&tq=select A,B,C,D,E,F,G,H where (A contains
302)&key=0AuOQkU9HTNwVdG5vR0ZaOFRLaUE0NlhSdFhtaUlFZEE"></iframe>

thanks.

That has nothing to do with the visualization API.  If you want to use that spreadsheet as a data source for a Table visualization (which would have the allowHtml option), that is certainly doable.
