Google Charts for Android 4.1 not Rendering

Hello All,

I am using Google charts and displaying a chart. Its working fine in all the devices, but unfortunately i am not able to see the chart in android version 4.1(Samsung Galaxy S3 - BrowserStack). As i found Google Charts are rendering as SVG. SVG's are not supported in android version 4.1. Is there any way to display the chart in V4.1?
