Create a NumberRangeFilter with only one thumb?

Hello! I am creating a data visualization for a class project using a GeoChart and a NumberRangeFilter within a dashboard to show annual crop yields. The last thing that I have struggled to fix is that I cannot for the life of me figure out how to have a singular thumb to change the year on the NumberRangeFilter, or if there is a comparable modification of another ControlWrapper that I am missing. Any ideas?
