How to resize charts?

I use pie chart and bar chart, they are both in form of iframe. So it
do not resize automatically resize when I resize their container. I
used to attach a 'resize' event to the container. Everytime the
container is resized, the charts will be redrawed. This ways works
fine except in IE.

I want to know whether the visualization itself support resize event
and I think this should be supported!

The current charts does not support the resize event.

If you redraw the chart after each resize, it should work on IE as well.

It would make a good feature, if they provide the ability to resize the Chart as how you do it on a textarea in chrome.

Charms,

Letting the user resize the chart by dragging a corner or edge does sound like it would be useful in many situations.  There could be complications, however, since charts are sometimes laid out with assumptions about the size that could then be violated.  So this would probably have to be an option that may be enabled or disabled for each chart.  Feel free to add it as a suggestion for enhancement on the issues page so we can track it: https://code.google.com/p/google-visualization-api-issues/issues/list
