Hi,

As of this morning, all of the sites using our custom dashboard are reporting the error:

"You called the draw() method with the wrong type of data rather than a DataTable or DataView×"

on all Google chart blocks.  Has anything just been rolled out that might be causing this?

Thanks a lot.

Our site in production using the API are showing the same message error.
You called the draw() method with the wrong type of data rather than a DataTable or DataView

Any advise about this?
There was planning a new release this week?
Thanks in advance for any comment...

If anyone else is the reported problem ("You called the draw() method with the wrong type of data rather than a DataTable or DataView×") please try to fix the problem rather than just loading '1.0' instead of '1'.  If you only do the latter, you will see the same problem starting this coming Monday when '1.1' becomes the new '1.0'.

If you are having troubles finding and fixing the cause of the problem, please post enough code here to reproduce the problem, or better, send us a link to your page, or create an example on jsfiddle.

Andrew,

I'm not seeing any error on that page, after poking around on everything I can think of.

I see that you are loading '1.0' explicitly, but I am overriding that with 1.1, and it works fine.

Given the complexity of the page, it would help if you could find a simpler case.  Maybe in trying to do so, you'll find the cause of the problem.  Perhaps your initial 'empty Table' strings are the cause of the problem, if you somehow skip generation of a proper DataTable or view.

Daniel,
Thank you so much for looking into it.  I was receiving the error when I loaded 1 (which worked just the other week), then fixed it by changing it to 1.0.
Hadn't thought to try 1.1, but it seems like I might be ok come next monday.  If not I'll isolate and go from there.  Thanks again!
Andrew
