price distribution chart (scatter)

Hi

I'm looking to create a chart similar to the one bellow for Price Distribution.

What i would like to achieve is that on the X Axis i have all the different prices, on the Y axis i have the number of times each price exists but.... i would like to do this for several clients on the same graph.

So instead of Hours Studies and Final i would get Client1, Client2... etc.

This means that for each client i send only relevant values which this example does not allow.

any help would be appreciated.
