Force slice text legend in pie chart to be visible for small slices

Hi all,

For pie chart it seems that by slice text legend won't be visible if slice is too small.

We can adjust pieStartAngle option to resolve it, but since our chart data is dynamic we'll eventually run into the same problem again for different data sets.

Is it possible to resolve it once and for all?
