how to change position of annotation on a stacked bar chart

Hi,

I have a stacked bar chart where i added annotations to each bar to display the values. but by default the annotation is being displayed on outside top end of each bar which is creating confusion to get the correct values corresponding to the bar. Please find attached screenshot for the stacked bar chart. Could some one please help me changing the annotation position either on the bar or right side of the bar.
