To remove the x-axis labels, set hAxis.textPosition to "none"; to remove the axis line, set vAxis.baselineColor to "transparent".  Removing the y-axis labels and line works the same, but with the opposite option sets (vAxis.textPosition and hAxis.baselineColor).
