Uses of H-axis Ticks with year or time interval like (18-30 Years,)

I want to use ticks in h-axis . In my graph it is like year or time interval like ( 2001-02 ,  2002-03 ,  2003-04    ) or (18-30 Years, 31-40 Years) or (1-4,5-9,10-14)

so can you please help me , how we can use this
