Annotation chart range selector not working

I am using annotation chart. In that zoom controls like '1h', '1d'... is working fine.

But when i am zooming using the range selector. The scale does not move.

I have added range change event listener also that is invoking but every time i am getting the same start time and end time.

I have checked all svg tags.

I found only one thing is missing that is on path tag cursor style was not there.
