Adding rows to Data Table in Standard Template based on Count

Working on a template for data submission. The template needs to have a table in the sheet that is dynamic, as different users will be entering various rows of data.

I am looking for a code that will add rows to my table based on a number the user inputs.

The table will have 3 fixed columns - no matter the user. The rows will need to be added based on the Number of students entered in a specific cell.

Based on the Number of students entered, I need to extend my table.
