How to create a chart with histogram look via google chart API

I want to create 2 charts as per attached screen shots but no idea how to draw them via google chart API, the most matching one graph type I found is Histogram but there are lots problem to change serial and string values in vertical axis.

Can someone help me in this regard.

We don't have any charts like those in Google Charts, though with work, you could probably use a stacked column chart.

But honestly, these would be easy enough for you to implement using HTML tables.  Just set the color of each cell.
