Waterfall Chart

I'm working to compare what can be done with Google charts vs.
Xcelsius. Using the bar chart, I have been able to replicate the
Xcelsius Waterfall Chart almost perfectly here: http://data-ink.com/?p=612

Does anyone else have any examples of Waterfall Charts with the Google
Visualization API?

Hi Josh,

Nice comparison!

In case you are interested, you can use the configuration options to better resemble the other chart.

For example:

  * vAxis.gridlines.count controls the number of vertical grid lines

  * colors to control the bar colors

  * titleTextStyle to set the title bold or not

and so on.

Nice job there...setting the bar color to 'transparent' is a neat work around to make the other bars "float" in the chart.
