Bubble charts flickering on hover

I could really use some help.

The tooltips for my bubble charts are flickering on hover.

Oddly, the column charts seem to be working now, but the bubble charts in the 'Multi-hazard Exposure' and 'Resilience' sections are still problematic.

Congrats for the amazing work.

Resilience seem don't make sense, given Africa for instance :/
