I'm wanting to list numbers from countries like Fiji, Samoa, Tonga. Very small pacific nations. 

Firstly are these countries in the Geo Charts?

Secondly, if they are. They're too small to hover over. Is there a way to place a pin on the map to it's easily identifiable?

If the maps were not designed by Google... they must be drawn by hand!

We did it for the so-called Italian "Regioni & Province" (in Europe called NUTS 2 & 3 Level):
