I want to create a graph like seen in the picture.

So i chose the line graph (https://google-developers.appspot.com/chart/interactive/docs/gallery/linechart) but i also need to graph the dots on the bottom.

Is there a way to do this with google graphs or should i find a different software?

Horacio,

You should look into what we call the "Combo" chart, which lets you mix different types of chart elements in the same chart.  See the documentation at:  https://google-developers.appspot.com/chart/interactive/docs/gallery/combochart

For your dot series, you should use type: 'line' and set the pointSize to a non-zero value and lineWidth to 0.  We yet don't have a convenient way to just say type: 'point'.
