Pie of Pie chart

Is there a way to do a "pie of pie chart"? I am graphing data where about 1/3 of the possible rows are populated, and I want a pie chart of populated vs. unpopulated, and then a secondary pie from the populated wedge of the entries. If I put it all in one pie, the sub-populations are too small to read.
