Stacked bar charts, show final label with sum

I cannot do a chart like that in the object. Is it possible?

2 data series:

A: [2,4,8,3]

B: [6,4,2,1]

I want a bar chart stacked and show labels as the sum of two values at the end (outside) of the bars
