how to label the top and bottom of an interval

I have created a box interval chart and created a tooltip that indicates the point on the line as well as the high and low of the interval.  However, I want the high and low points to show regardless of the hover state.  Can someone let me know how I can label or annotate the high and the low on the interval and have them in the right place?  The best I could do was stack the two numbers on top of each other..
