Google Maps APIs Premium Plan for GeoChart

I am developing a commercial website which displays some data using a Google GeoChart. Considering that the users have to pay to access the application, should I acquire the Google Maps APIs Premium Plan ?
I can see on the developers.google.com that GeoCharts aren't stated to use Google MAPS Api, unlike the Map visualization.
But both Maps and GeoCharts advise to check the Google Maps Terms of Service under Data policy.
