position and wrapping of PieChart legends

Dear all,

I am trying to fit a piechart into a relatively confined space (width wise). There is definitely space to do this, but the legends are suffering.

You can see that the labels of the legends do not fit in. Making a subtle change to move the legend to the top (or bottom), e.g. http://jsfiddle.net/Akpkb/11/

means that the legend wants to place the entries in a horizontal direction.

Is it possible to place the legend at the top or bottom but still have the elements ordered vertically?
