Google Chart Tools Spacing Between Columns

to Google Visualization API

I have a Column chart and I want to be able to be able to specify the
(spacing) distance between columns.
This was achievable in Chart Images but doesn't seem easily available
for Chart Tools.
In Chat Images the chbh property was used.
Any ideas?

There is nothing in the API that allows you to specify column widths or spacing. The best you can do is play with the chartArea options, which influence width and spacing.

The bar.groupWidth should help here.

No width between bars

bar: {
  groupWidth: "100%"
  }

Maximum width between bars
bar: {
  groupWidth: "0%"
  }
