The ATL charts use Flash, which has a known issue when accessed from a local file rather than a web server, due to security settings.  See the note at the bottom of the ATL page.

When i save the html to a file on my deskop, and I open it, it does not have the same behaviour as in the example. The Points A and B do not show in the graph. Same with the other annotated time line example.
I tested this Chrome and Firefox.

Please advice, who has this problem as well?

FYI, if you just test your file in apache running on localhost everything works fine.
