Change gauge options with chartWrapper functionality

I would like to know if there are any plans to include changing the
gauge options (max.min values, colorTo/colorFrom, etc.) using the
chartWrapper.draw() method. Currently, this draw method only animates
the needle, and I am forced to redraw the entire table & gauge to
change the options (which does not animate).

Is this a feature being considered, and is there a current work-around
that allows this?
