GeoChart Norway missing one province in some displayModes?

Greetings

Question regarding Google Chart / GeoChart

displayMode markers works.

displayMode set to either region or province is missing Aust-Agder region.

Anyone with suggestions?

Working chart with markers: Aust-Agder region containing 30 units.

Not working: Aust-Agder region data is missing. Only difference is displayMode.

Same result when displayMode set to either province or region.
