The org chart by default is organized so that the highest position in an organization is at the top and all subordinates are underneath it.  I have been asked to reverse it so that subordinates are at the top and the superiors are at the bottom.  In essence, I need to flip the chart on the horizontal axis.  I can't find any reference to this in the specs and I have been unsuccessful trying to manipulate the data.  Is there a solution?

Thank you.

Sorry Ian, if you don't find it in the documentation, it is probably not available, or at least not supported.  In this case, I don't believe we have a way of reversing the order of an org chart.
