How can I localize Gantt charts tooltip?

While I'm able to localize the chart by setting the language in the load method, it does not seem to apply to the to the tooltip. Is it possible to format the tooltip, or even change the language for it?

The tooltip label text comes from your column labels, which don't get translated unless you do that yourself.  The values displayed in tooltips should be localized, however.  There have been some bugs in this in the past, so which version are you using?
