Jsapi stripping out content on local

Has anyone had any issues on jsapi charts where its stripping out the body of the page content even though I am linking directly to the url over the internet?

Its running on a local development machine, so I don't know why this would be an issue. It is not happening in live public facing version.

Any help would be great.
