Yes, you can have the cells hyperlinked. I am uncertain as to whether or not the spreadsheets will return a hyperlink in a query (I suspect that they return the text of the link and not the HTML to create it). If you add the url itself in a column in the spreadsheet, though, you can format the data returned by a query as a hyperlink.
