Material Line Chart | Explorer

I've just started looking into material charts.

Does the explorer work with material charts?

hmmm I don't get any options to work.

Neither "slantedText' nor 'Explorer'. I use 

google.charts.Line.convertOptions(options)

But that doesn't help.

Do you know when material charts will be ready for use and documented?

Hi Manuel, these features are not yet implemented for the Material Charts, nor do we have any estimates for when they will be. Rest assured, we do want to reach feature parity with the Classic Charts eventually.

The charts should already be documented, but we could do a better job of making it clearer which options are still unsupported.

Someone really needs to add this to the documentation somewhere, I just spent over an hour trying to figure out why it didn't work.  It would take literally five minutes to put a note in that this does not work, why has it been over 10 months since this was acknowledged?
