Google chart animates in react when there is a slight change in the size of browser.

I am using Google chart (react-google-charts) in react to create a stacked bar graph, and i am using animation to show data, but when there is slight change in the browser size or interaction with any other component on the screen, its seems like the graph redraw cause the bar animates its self.
