How to do a scatter plot without white space, i mean crop it

Hi everyone,

I made this scatter plot however i did not find how to crop the vertical axe, between 0 to 30

I just want to show in my scatter plor the y_axis date from 30 to 50 and i do not know how adjust the vertical axis

I appreaciate any help
