Google Chart does not show until mouse over

I build a Google Chart in Google Sheets, publish it, and paste the hyperlink back in the Chrome browser. Instead of seeing the chart when the page displays, the chart does not show until I mouse over the frame. Anyone have a solution to this?

I have the same problem.

And now I can't even edit individual data points.

Google sucks.
