I'm not a lawyer and I don't work for google, so take this with a grain of salt. The Terms of Service do not prohibit use in a commercial application, though if I recall correctly, you cannot charge specifically for access to the charts (eg, you can't charge more for application with charts than application without charts). You cannot, however, host the API locally. All access to the API must go through Google's servers.

Hi
I'm trying to figure out if we are allowed to use the Charts API within a commercial product. By that, I mean, locally using the javascript files instead of requiring
google.com.
I've read the Terms of Service, and they do not seem to disallow the usage within a commercial product. They do not clearly allow it either.
Any insights on the question ?
Thanks
