Здравствуйте! Подскажите после 27.06.2017 клиентская библиотека v201607 совсем перестанет работать?

Here is what I see in google translate of your message: "Hello! Tell me after June 27, 2017 client library v201607 completely stop working?"

Assuming you mean Google Charts stopped working for you on June 7, this could be related to the update of the loader that was announced last week.  Could you point us at an example showing the failure you are seeing?  Thanks.

Спасибо за ответ, но я имел ввиду google Adwords API. библиотеку php.

Thanks for the answer, but I meant google Adwords API. Php library.

If you are saying that the recent change to the Google Charts loader (the only thing that changed recently in Google Charts) caused a problem with Google Adwords API, that sounds serious.  Can you provide an example?  

I would guess that the change in the loader might have exposed load-order sensitive things in your code.  Be sure you are following the instructions for how to load charts here:  https://developers.google.com/chart/interactive/docs/basic_load_libs
