Ordering elements, Sankey diagram

So I'm working on a Sankey diagram, https://developers.google.com/chart/interactive/docs/gallery/sankey#configuration-options.

How can I manipulate the order of elements? Now they are ordered on the data but maybe I want to order them alphabetically.
