Safari - Map shows black color for few area of India

Hi,

I am using geochart API in an application.When I see India in it on browsers like FF<IE o chrome the are like Kashmir and Arunachal Pradesh are shown with faint diagonal lines. But when I see it in Safari it is shown in dark black color.. Is it meant to be work like this only?
