How do you self host Google Charts open source?

I just discovered that Google Charts has been released open source on Github.

Google PageSpeed Insights recently started flagging the following warning against Google Charts:

Avoid serving legacy JavaScript to modern browsers

Polyfills and transforms enable legacy browsers to use new JavaScript features. However, many aren't necessary for modern browsers. I am thinking about self-hosting Google Charts open source to address this warning, however I cannot find any documentation on the subject. Does anyone know how to self host Google Charts open source?
