Up and Down arrows color

Hi!

I've a Google chart inside my website but i've a "small" problem.

On the right side i wanna change the color of the up,down and page number of the legend (to a fixed white color if possible).

Is there a way to do this? (in the picture you can see the page number and down arrow are blue and not readable).
