I'd like to see the tooltips rendered on mouse over - hovering over an edge
should show the weight of the edges (maybe with an indication of the nodes
too). Something like "A -> B: 100"

Hovering over a node should show the count of items in the node, maybe
inflow and outflow count.

(this is very similar to the way rCharts does it)

Sankey chart tool tips used to work at some point. When did they break?
