What steps will reproduce the problem? Please provide a link to a
demonstration page if at all possible, or attach code.
A chart with the option: explorer: { actions:
['dragToZoom', 'rightClickToReset'] } When the mouse is dragged, the
selection box stays visible upon mouse release.


What component is this issue related to (PieChart, LineChart, DataTable,
Query, etc)?

Found out that the issue is only present when the backgroundColor is set to
transparrent.

I find this issue too, and I think it is related to setting the
backgroundColor property to transparent. It doesn't seem to affect the
other bacgroundColors that I've tried.

See a reproducible example here (try zooming in on some data points and
observe that the highlight rectangle remains):

I've observed the same behaviour in line charts also.

I'm using Chrome on a Mac.
