What steps will reproduce the problem? Please provide a link to a
demonstration page if at all possible, or attach code.
1. Use {'backgroundColor':
{'fill': 'yellow', 'stroke': '#ff0000', 'strokeWidth': 5}} as options
2. The background is yellow, but no stroke is shown.

What component is this issue related to (PieChart, LineChart, DataTable,
Query, etc)?

The Timeline configuration clearly says that I can pass an object to it,
but it doesnt say which options are allowed. Maybe only fill is allowed?
