What steps will reproduce the problem? Please provide a link to a
demonstration page if at all possible, or attach code.

As you can see, the tooltip for the "Beer - liters" stepped area is not
displayed when you roll the mouse over it.

What component is this issue related to (PieChart, LineChart, DataTable,
Query, etc)?
