The text in the bar label is rendered outside the bar on the first and the
last bars of the row. The rest of the bars correctly truncate the text and
show it inside .

What steps will reproduce the problem? Please provide a link to a
demonstration page if at all possible, or attach code.
1. Create a timeline chart.
2. Put several bars in the same row with a text longer than the bar.



What component is this issue related to (PieChart, LineChart, DataTable,
Query, etc)?
Timeline chart

Are you using the test environment (version 1.1)?
(If you are not sure, answer NO)
No

What operating system and browser are you using?
I'm using Windows 8.1 and Chrome or Raspbian and Chromium with the same
results.

This is by design. I could see a feature request to say that labels should
always go inside the bar, but as far as the automatic placement is
concerned, this is intended behavior.

Ok, I will fill a feature request to add forcing the Bar Label as an option
to the Timeline chart.
