What steps will reproduce the problem? Please provide a link to a
demonstration page if at all possible, or attach code.
1. Create a CategoryFilter with on a column with a large number of
categories and set the ui.allowTypingOption to true
2. Position the CategoryFilter on the page such that the distance from the
control to the bottom of the page is less than the height of the dropdown
contents

Here's an example jsfiddle demonstrating the problem:
http://jsfiddle.net/asgallant/8cJAL/ (you may need to shrink the height of
the display frame if your screen is exceptionally tall).

What component is this issue related to (PieChart, LineChart, DataTable,
Query, etc)?
