Additional info in Google Search

Hi,
I have noticed that some entries on the results page of a Google
Search have additional information. An example is Canada Post. Their
listing includes eight detailed links on that site, and a link to
"More results from canadapost.ca »".
How did they get these? Is it because they have a site index?
