google desktop INDEX is not kept up-to-date

Hi,

My google desktop indexes immediately every message I
receive in outlook. That's cool. However I set a rule in outlook that
every
message older than a month is moved automatically to my archive (it
is
another .PST file in outlook). Google desktop does not update the
index to reflect this move. Hence, even though I see archived
messages
in google desktop search, I loose the access to them, meaning I am
not
able to 'view in outlook'.


Is there any way google desktop updates its index? I tried 're-build
index', it doesnt work.
