New earths, in the form of "Goldilocks" planets, abound
throughout the galaxy. Humans were created on earth and
given just enough intelligence in order to mine for gold for
the Elohim, circa 3000 B.C. Mankind has attempted to intervene
on the Elohim's behalf, and create a master/slave race, just
as Enlil, Enki, Igigi, Lulu Amelu (the "mixed worker" species
of apewoman/Annunaki) did:
"Let her create a Primitive Worker
And let HIM bear the yoke
Let the Worker carry the toil of the gods,
Let him bear the yoke!"
They (the NWO) would actually force the creation of a slave
race to service Lucifer and his closest angels, in order to
again make the attempt to elevate man (Satan possessed)
to the status of the most High God. All attempts by
mankind, through his own knowledge, also known as
"intellectual ascent", are to imitate what God has already
accomplished: sending a Savior, a messenger on behalf
of mankind, and a grace of the Elohim, to show mankind
that there is a way, which is the only way, to reach the stars,
through the power of the resurrection.
The Twelve tribes consisted of:
1. Judah = "I will praise the Lord"
2. Reuben = "He has looked on me"
3. Gad = "Granted good fortune"
4. Asher = "Happy am I"
5. Naphtali = "My wrestling"
6. Manasseh = "Making me to forget"
7. Simeon = "God hears me"
8. Levi = "Joined to me"
9. Issachar = "Purchased Me"
10. Zebulun = "Dwelling"
11. Joseph = "God will add to me"
12. Benjamin = "Son of His right hand"
Combining the meanings of each into a coherent whole:
"I will praise the Lord for He has looked on me and granted
good fortune. Happy am I because my wrestling God is
making me to forget. God hears me and is joined to me.
He has purchased me a dwelling. God will add to me the
Son of His right hand."
It is only within the understanding for the 12 Tribes being His
creation, that man can ascend to the stars. Everything else
is just an imitation of what Almighty God has already
accomplished, and this relates to our economic progress
as well.
The entire world economy can never be controlled by
a central authority that is ruled by mankind alone, although
we see everywhere how the effects of this, because of evil
in high places, where the spirit of Lucifer continues to
steal 1/3 of God's people, and hoard and squander the
wealth for themselves. The blood of those who become
trapped in this false economic system, become trapped
by Satan's own resurrection machine: "I can be like
the Most High God - "... I will ascend into heaven, I will
exalt my throne above the stars of God: I will sit also upon
the mount of the congregation, in the sides of the north..."
(Isaiah 14: 13,14)
"Yet thou shalt be brought down to hell, to the sides of
the pit." (Isaiah 14: 15)
Notice that YHWH has decided to throw Lucfer and his
angels "..to the sides of the pit", and not "in the pit" - that
will be accomplished when the time comes:
"And I saw an angel come down from heaven, having
the key of the bottomless pit and a great chain in his
hand. And he laid hold on the dragon, that old serpent,
which is the Devil, and Satan, and bound him a thousand
years, And cast him into the bottomless pit, and shut him
up, and set a seal upon him, that he should deceive the
nations no more, till the thousand years should be fulfilled:
and after that he must be loosed a little season."
(Revelation 20:1 - 3).
These things have to happen before God's people are
able to leave the planet. There will no longer be a world
government, such as the U.N., but a government of the
universe, which is of YHWH. God's people have to stick
together, or they will fall prey to the designs of the fallen
angels, who wish to extend their reach to the heavens,
just like our superior progenitors have already done.

Even wandering or rogue planets released from their spent stars could
still be hosting intelligent life. Some of those icy Earth sized or
larger planets with moons could even be relatively nearby our solar
system, and even better off with using geothermal and technology for
their survival than most of us have considered possible.
The number of wandering/rogue planets and planetoids within our galaxy
could easily be in excess of a couple trillion by now, so the odds of
none hosting intelligent life seems rather unlikely.

With geothermal, thorium and uranium energy, most any intelligent
other species of complex life can manage to survive on a wandering or
rogue and otherwise extremely icy planet, especially if it has any
large moon(s) to work with.
My estimate of there being 2e12 wandering/rogue items of Ceres and
larger within our galaxy shouldn't be asking too much, not to mention
those thousand plus of icy planetoids like Sedna associated as held
within each significant stellar Oort Cloud.
