Google Groups version of Usenet/newsgroups is perfectly fine and dandy
as is. Just keep the damn thing up and running as you track down the
culprits hacking it and/or misusing it to death. (terminating,
blocking and/or diverting only their accounts should be an easy task
for team Google)

Global publishing via Usenet is essential to the future freedoms and
the greater unification of humanity. Keeping Usenet/newsgroups
dysfunctional or down is exactly what Hitler would have insisted upon.

I have some suggestions if you are seriously considering improving our
public access and use of the Google Groups version of
Usenet/newsgroups.
